INVERNESS COUNTY (7130gt) : North Sands type vessel built 1943 as KILDONAN PARK by United Shipyards Ltd., Montreal (engine by Dominion Engineering Works, Montreal), for the Canadian Government , managed by McLean Kennedy Ltd., Montreal. 1946 – Sold to Acadia Overseas Freighters, Halifax, Nova Scotia, and renamed INVERNESS COUNTY. 1954 – Sold to San Felicia Cia. Nav. SA, Panama, and renamed CASSIAN (managed by I.H. Mathers & Son (Shipbrokers) Ltd., London. She was broken up at Yokosuka, Japan in 1967.
