Spill vase, hard-paste porcelain, circular, flat base, flared rim; decorated with a blue ground reserved with a view of Cheltenham surrounded by a thick gilt line border, the rim is decorated with a gold and white flower border, the inside rim and base are decorated with gilt line borders.
