This is a large shaped stone slab fragment with the remains of straight line incised decoration.
Description; This is a fragment with a series of straight lines incised onto one of the faces. They seem random, but may be part of a larger image. The stone is thin, with three almost square sides, the fourth side flares outwards at the corners and has a convex curving edge. It is mudstone, probably locally derived.
Site Name: St. Patrick's Chapel, Whitesands Bay
