Light brown alpaca skirt and bodice. Originally worn as wedding dress in 1860. Completely remodelled in 1890s to full backed style of the period. Bodice remade with brown satin leg of mutton sleeves. High necked and yoke. Skirt and bodice both trimmed with brown beaded braid.
