Brown hardback covers. A scrapbook including: newspaper cuttings; poems; notes (in English and Welsh); a map of England and Wales; a list of signatures for North Dunraven Colliery (1880-1883) handwritten in black ink on cream paper; an invoice and receipt from Rhondda Urban District Council Gas and Water Department printed in black ink on blue paper; and a letter from David Williams, saddle and harness manufacturer to Mr Morgan Llewellyn handwritten in black ink on cream company headed paper. The newspaper cuttings mainly include poems, also includes moral stories and proverbs. There are several newspaper cuttings relating to William Gladstone, including a photograph of Gladstone and his wife with Lord Aberdare at Singleton Abbey, Swansea.
