Heart shaped silver medal with heart shaped centre in which four animals with buildings and tent in background surrounded by plain heart edge in which 'OUR DUMB FRIENDS LEAGUE / A SOCIETY FOR THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF KINDNESS TO ANIMALS'.
