Peate's 'Guide to the Collection of Welsh Bygones' (1929) and commenting upon the custom of visiting relatives graves on Palm Sunday in Brecon. He notes too his recollections of his father, a Glamorgan cabinet maker, occasionally employing a man "to cut up oak & mahogany logs ..."
