Letter from George Rickwood (Colchester) acknowledging receipt of a copy of Iorwerth C. Peate's 'Guide to the Collection of Welsh Bygones' (1929) and commenting upon the custom of visiting relatives graves on Palm Sunday in Brecon. He notes too his recollections of his father, a Glamorgan cabinet maker, occasionally employing a man "to cut up oak & mahogany logs ..." [1930] (There are interesting notes by G.R. attached on "bygones [in] this part of England ...")
