A collection of forms and documents found by the donor in the Llanberis Lake Railway terminus building, comprising - 1. 4 unfilled explosives record cards for quarrymen; 2. large quantity of pink receipt notes detailing slate dispatched from Dinorwic Quarry to various concerns and individuals, 1967-1968, some are filled; 3. blue/green loading forms for slates, 1962-1963; 4. large quantity of blank weekly pay sheets, 'Form No. 1B'; 5. blank weekly record of hours worked sheets for Dry Dock; 6. notice, 'Derailed Wagons'.
