Pardoe, Thomas (1770-1823)
Circular stand, with ogee curved sides, and foot rim; centre with circular ridge, gilt. Gilt rim. Border of a wreath and garden flowers, including iris, convolulus and roses, in polychrome enamel; a pale blue rose with birds painted in the centre.
