Agreement between Mr H. M. Pritchard and Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds Ltd. Agreement for casement for laying cable. Typed in black ink on white paper, with handwritten details completed in black ink. Contains green ribbon along left hand side, and two stamps on the first page. Inside the agreement is a pull-out plan showing the proposed line of cable. Dated 2nd July 1920. Originally pinned to the agreement is a printed page of instructions for executions of deeds.
