Printed in black ink on pale blue paper with details handwritten in black ink. The document contains two purple six pence stamps, one on the first page, the other on the second. Agreement for the purchase of No.21 Upper Row, Penywern, Dowlais by Mr Thomas Davies from Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds Limited. Dated 7th August, 1920. Also handwritten in the left hand margin is an agreement to convey the property to Mr Thomas William Knight.
