Cup and saucer
Dillwyn & Co., Cambrian Pottery (1811 - 1817 and 1824 - 1850)
Cup and saucer, saucer with foot ring with cushion ring above, rim slightly lobed; cup with foot ring, with cushion roll above, wide cup, moulded handle formed of C scroll above an angle. Decorated in a light underglaze blue with a continuous transfer pattern forming a deep border around cup (inside and out) and saucer, of variously patterned diamonds, the inner side edged with pendant trefoils alternating with pendant diamonds. Trellis pattern to back of cup handle.
