An agreement handwritten in black ink on white paper. Also contained inside the agreement is a plan and and a letter. Agreement for the lease of a piece of land, part of Coedpwllyglo at Cwmnantddu in the County of Monmouth and right of working certain minerals. Agreement between Miss Julia Guise and Mr David Buck (assigned to Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd.). Dated 1st August 1901. The letter is from the Wentsland Estate Office re. the agreement, and also a plan of the property drawn on pale blue, waxed paper. 86.171I/681 - 86.171I/691 are contained within a brown envelope.
