Printed in black ink on pale blue paper, with handwritten details filled out in black ink. The bottom part of the page has been torn off. An invoice from the Taff Vale Railway Co. to Messrs T.W. Booker & Co. for materials moved from Rhyd y Helig Colliery to Taff's Well including transport charges. Dated October 1861.
