Interior with continuous band of cornflower and scroll border, a leaf and scroll design to the flat surface of the bottom, stars along the flat rim; all in silver. Exterior decorated with the stormont pattern in silver. The application of a clear varnish has resulted in a golden tinged surface appearance. Black japan to underside of base.
