Line impressed. Continuous design; eight-petelled flowers within circles, each within a square, each square within a grid. 15th Century
Mustard yellow glaze on upper surface that extends slightly over the broken edge. Occasional white patches on upper surface, possibly slip. Small amount of mortar on one side. Large inclusion breaking through the upper surface of the tile.
Unknown original tile shape. Previously identified as no. 753 but the size of the tile does not correspond.
