Womens shoes with white leather covered in cream silk satin with a cream silk damask covered tounge and toe section. White linen interlining between the letaher and silk. Satin covered heel with brown leather heel cap and sole, white leather insole, buckle shaped decoration on the vamp with a centre of satin surrounded by 10 cream silk velvet covered buttons with a satin ribbon sewn around the edge to resemble flowers, the 'buckle' and backing are supported with stiffening material.
