Steam oven
For keeping food warm, rectangular in shape, and of steel sheet. It has two compartments, the centre shelf having holes in it for the cirulation of hot air to upper section. There are two steam traps or compartments, one at the base of oven, and the other fitted on the top. These two sections are connected with centre section by pipes. There are also two copper covers (tinned inside) that fit on the top section, and these have two counter balanced fittings, with double pulley wheel attachment for fixing on ceiling or beam.
