In base, a crenellated wall, pierced in the centre by a gate-way with portcullis. Either side of the gate-way, a lion couchant reguardant. In field, two shields surmounted by crowns: dext. the arms of FRANCE (Modern), crown is flory; sin. quarterly, FRANCE (Modern) and ENGLAND, crown bears three crosses.
