Tray, tin-plate, rectangular form with rounded corners and out-curving sides, curved hand-holes cut into the narrower sides; covered all over with a black japan, the entirety of the upperside painted in silver to which the varnish has given a variety of golden tinges with a rustic landscape with sheep, rustic lovers, a shephers and many rocks and leaves.
