Octagonal jug, white earthenware, standing on a stepped octagonal foot rim, octagonal body in eight panels, ribbed at the shoulder then flaring with everted rim and raised everted spout; ogee handle with raised thumb spur; painted in underglaze blue, iron red and green with stylised flowers, branches and foliage with similar floral motifs to upper body and a single flower head to interior rim of spout.
