Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Vase, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a shaped rectangular base, trumpet foot, rococo urn form, waisted body with sides tapering outward, two elongated shell handles applied to sides, shoulders moulded with scrolling, curved neck, shoulders and neck pierced with oblongs, everted lip; decorated in polychrome enamels, on one side with a bouquet of different flowers, pink roses, yellow, orange, white and blue flowers, opposite a smaller spray of flowers with a yellow rose, and blue, orange and pink flowers, base decorated with blue sprigs eitherside and gilt oulining, foot with blue and gilt highlighting and a moulded border of garlands of entwined leaves, handles, shoulders and neck highlighted in gilt and blue enamel, gilt border to lip and around sides.
