(around 7176gt) : Built by the New England Shipbuilding Corp., West Yard, South Portland, Maine and laid down in February 1945 as CHARLES H. SHAW (yard no.3117) but completed as LESVOS in May of that year as a "lease lend" to the Greek government. Acquired 1946 by Livanos Maritime Co., Piraeus, and renamed MEANDROS. In 1962, the company renamed her ALFIOS but in 1964 she was transferred to Atlantic Freighters Ltd., and renamed ATLANTIC SAILOR, managed by S. Livanos, London, but still flying the Greek flag. She left service in April 1967 and was scrapped at Taiwan.
