Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Green taffeta robe brocaded with silver frise and file, surviving with it is a piece of silver fringing and braid, some crimped silver gauze and a stomacher of silver lace. The silk was probably woven in France in the 1680s (identified and dated by Natalie Rothstein). Worn by a member of the Morgan family of Tredegar House, Newport.
