Handwritten in black ink on off-white paper. Includes two wax seals and a pull-out plan. An indenture for the surrender of mines under 53a, 2n, 24p. of land in the Parish of Mynyffyswyn in the County of Monmouth. Guest Keen & Nettlefolds Limited and another to J.C. Hanbury Esq. Dated 30th December 1915. 86.171I/575 - 591 are contained within a card document wallet.
