Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Heavy stud, the head in the form of a thick disc, with a shaft of flat rectangular cross-section broken at the bottom but perhaps originally pierced. The function of such studs is not known but the weight of the stud and the size of the shaft indicate use with wood.
