Combination spoon, fork and toothpick

Combined spoon, fork and toothpick, silver gilt, the oval bowl of the spoon held by three sockets holding the three prongs of the fork and able to slide off these, the fork hinged to the stem and held fixed by a sliding sleeve, the stem of octagonal section with a moulded end into which screws a toothpick in the form of a female torso; decorated with a chased sea monster's head on the sleeve, engraved in the bowl a winged cherub's head blowing a pipe with swags bearing bunches of fruit issuing from his mouth, zig-zag lines engraved on the stem and the sliding sleeve.
