Stick surmounted by a Punch head of painted composition with glass eyes. Lace frill round neck and collar of bell-tipped fringed silk (blue/yellow/coral) overstuffed gathered ball of dark red patterned silk. 'Punch' hat of coral/blue silk frill edged and bell tipped.
