Welsh flannel skirt and bodice, about 1906-8.
Skirt has deep flounce at base of skirt with ruching at joint with skirt. Cream flannel with faint blue lines and rust coloured wool embroidered motif. Lined with underskirt which has two pink sateen frills at base. Bodice of same material with circular yoke. High collar. Full bodice and frill, Full upper sleeve to elbow, fitted to wrist. Lace frill on sleeve and band of lace on yolk.
