This engine was sectioned and motorised at the Employement Rehabilitation Centre, Western Avenue, Cardiff using the facilities of the machine operating and bench engineering sections. This shows the capabilities of disabled people, some of whom had never worked on machines and engines before attending the centre. Instructors on this project were Mr G.S.G. Townsend, Bench Engineering Mr G.Sims, Machine Operating."
