Early Medieval human remains
These are remains of the inhumation of an Adult who's sex in undetermined All that remains are fragements of femur and disarticulated foot bones. They were buried in an extended supine position in a simple grave oriented Northwest-Southeast.
The burial is from Phase C: 401-659 AD The burial is associated by proximity with SK03
The grave is truncated and disturbed seemingly leading to confusion in labelling. Each bag was incorrectly labelled SK189 and had no context number. Also, one bag had initially been thought to be arm bones but later identified as metatarsals.
