Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Jug, earthenware, octagonal shape with flat base and bulbous body tapering inwards at the shoulder, vertical neck flaring slightly at the mouth, lip-rim lobed with sloping flat-fronted spout, twig handle; crudely painted in iron-red, blue, yellow and green with to the front of the body a highly stylized flower-pot (possibly a pineapple?) with above it a stylized flower head issuing further flowers and foliage which spread around the body, to either side of the body are to further stylized flower-pot or pineapple shapes issuing flowers, the lower body painted yellow with a blue band above, a yellow edge to the lip-rim, a running pattern of flower buds and leaves to the handle.
