Framed copy of safety precautions for Dinorwig Quarry issued on the 1st January 1961. The series of 20 safety precautions were set by Mr R.W.Jones (known locally as ‘Dic Nant’), Local Manager of the Quarry between 1947 and 1961. The safety precautions have been sub-divided to three categories - general safety (9 precautions), shot firing rules (7 precautions), miss-fire scheme (4 regulations).
