Gala Dinners

A spacious room with round tables set for a formal event, with floral centrepieces and elegant table settings.

Home to the story of industry and innovation in Wales, the National Waterfront Museum is one of Swansea’s most illustrious venues for hosting your gala event.

Our Warehouse Gallery is located on the first floor of the historic Victorian building and can host up to 200 guests for a sit-down dinner and surrounds your guests with the museum’s incredible maritime collection. Original industrial features include wooden ceilings, iron beams, warehouse doors and porthole windows. This unique gallery offers your guests a view overlooking Swansea’s Marine Quarter and its vessels as they dine.

Talk to our team about making your dinner truly your event, whether with brand colour lighting, technical support for speeches and presentations or bringing in space dressing – this is your event and your museum.

For entertainment, we have a built-in PA system for your choice of music or talk to our team about recommendations from choirs to classical artists.

Why not indulge your guests further and gift them a drinks reception in the Upper Foyer and balcony as they arrive.

Catering is delivered by one of our expert award-winning third-party caterers. From three-course dining to buffet banquets, our suppliers can cater to your needs, including sustainable menus.

Exclusive venue hire pricing starts from £1,800 + VAT. Catering packages sold separately. Get in touch with our dedicated team to receive a quote for your gala dinner needs.
