Meetings

Rows of white teacups and saucers with spoons arranged neatly on a table; soft lighting and a blurred background.

Conveniently located at Swansea’s historic dockside and a short walk from the city centre, the National Waterfront Museum offers a unique meeting setting unlike any other in Swansea.

Our modern Dockside and Cityside meeting rooms both come equipped with inbuilt projectors and can host up to between 20 and 40, depending on layout. Dockside in particular boasts views of Swansea’s Maritime Quarter.

For larger meetings, our Ocean Room located on the ground floor can host up to between 80 and 150, and works well in boardroom, theatre-style or cabaret-style set-ups. The space also comes equipped with projectors, screens and a PA system.

For full-day meetings, why not take a break and explore the museum’s vast industrial and maritime heritage exhibitions via cutting-edge, interactive technology married with traditional displays.

Talk to our team about your meeting requirements, whether hybrid calls, flipcharts or mobile screens, and to find out more about catering options and hire pricing.
