Receptions

Rows of wine glasses filled with white wine arranged on a black tablecloth, forming a neat and visually striking pattern.

Welcome your guests with an unforgettable reception at the National Waterfront Museum, home to the story of industry and innovation in Wales.

Our Weston Hall is the large exhibition hall as you enter the Museum via the main entrance and is flooded with natural light with its glass walls that lead out to the Museum courtyard and Garden. By night the space makes for an impressive and adaptable reception area.

Our Upper Foyer and Balcony provide guests with a unique networking space with views of the Maritime Quarter and its vessels. Ideal for a sunny summer event. Add a personal touch to your event by making use of the digital wall to display photos or company logos.

The Warehouse Gallery can accommodate up to 300 guests for a standing reception and surrounds guests in our museum’s incredible maritime collection.

Our GRAFT Garden also offers a special outdoor space for summertime evening events.

All spaces are fully accessible, with lifts to all levels and access toilets located throughout the museum.

Talk to our team about making your dinner truly your event, whether with brand colour lighting, poser tables, technical support for speeches or bringing in space dressing, and to find out more about drinks and catering packages.

Exclusive venue hire pricing starts from £1,100 + VAT depending on space. Catering packages sold separately. Get in touch with our dedicated team to receive a quote for your reception needs.
