The Wonderful World of Dinosaurs
🔍 Discover and Explore
Join us at National Museum Cardiff to discover the Wonderful World of Dinosaurs. In this hands-on workshop, pupils will explore the dinosaurs that roamed Wales millions of years ago and how they were discovered. They will develop some of the skills needed to be a palaeontologist and put them to practice by reconstructing a prehistoric ecosystem using scientific evidence.
✏️ Take Part
Pupils will have the chance to handle and explore real fossilised evidence from millions of years ago. They will use this evidence to creatively reconstruct a prehistoric ecosystem.
ℹ️ About This Session
We will be discussing extinction of both creatures and ecosystems. Please let us know when you are booking if you have any pupils that would be sensitive to these experiences, and we will do our best to make everyone feel comfortable!
