Group visits can be made during our normal opening times and admission is free.

Please pre-book your group by calling or emailing us for the following benefits:

  • 10% off in the gift shop (£5pp min. spend) for your visitors
  • Complimentary refreshments for the coach driver (on production of ID).

Please note that the catering and retail discounts do not apply to educational groups. Any child aged under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Meet the Curator – talks for group visits:

Why not enhance your visit to the Museum by booking one of our Meet the Curator talks for your group? Learn about the fascinating history of St Fagans National Museum of History and the exciting new developments yet to come.

  • Talks lasting approximately 30 minutes will be delivered by specialists from the Museum’s Curatorial and Conservation teams. You’ll get an introduction to the site and top tips for highlights to look out for during your visit.
  • Our lecture theatre has level access via lift, and is close to our accessible parking and facilities. It’s perfect for groups looking for a less strenuous visit to the Museum.

Cost according to group size (prices include VAT):

  • Up to 30: £120
  • 30-60: £180
  • 60-90: £240
  • 90-120: £300

Terms and Conditions:

  • A minimum notice period of two weeks must be given for ‘Meet the Curator’ talk bookings
  • Payment is required in advance
  • You will be allocated a timed one hour slot for your group booking. Please arrive promptly and report to the main reception desk on arrival.
  • Your talk will last approximately 30 minutes (including an opportunity for Q&A’s at the end)
  • We cannot guarantee to accommodate late arrivals and no refunds will be issued.
