Each of the challenges will use the construction kit K’NEX.

• 3rd August -Locks and Barges 

Design and build a barge and working canal lock for the barge to go through. 

• 10th August – Windmills 

Design and build a windmill. Can you make the sails turn? 

• 17th August – Crazy golf 

Everyone loves a game of crazy golf! Out of K’NEX make a strong golf club and design an obstacle to test your golf skills. Will it be something to go over, through or around?

• 24th August -Mineshaft 

Can you solve 'A miner problem' today. using K'NEX to make your structure to raise the coal from underground to the surface? 

• 31st August – Rockets 

Launching today! Design and build your own rocket. It must be at least 1m tall with a nose cone and fins.
