Before the invention of the printing press, all text had to be written by hand...this made it one of the most influential inventions of its time!

Have a go at creating your own postcard using our Museum press, and personalise it to send to someone special this summer.

 

These activities are being organised by Amgueddfa Cymru and the Federation of Welsh Museums & art Galleries as part of the Summer of Fun initiative, which is funded by the Welsh Government.
