Come upstairs  to the Warehouse Gallery and meet the GRAFT team and join in with activities we run regularly in GRAFT .

 Alyson—candle making +  beekeeping information 

 Ceri—seed saving + wormeries—what are they & how to  make one?

 Eifion—fruit + veg box making sessions 

 Jessie– fun Outdoor style play activities for kids 

 Menna—make a Beeswax wrap 

 Thom—pumpkin soup taster 

 Owen- in conversation with Helene Schulze of the London Freedom Seed Bank who look after 170 varieties  of seeds from over 120 growers  - 2pm

 GRAFTERS—our GRAFT volunteers will be on hand with chutneys and honey made in GRAFT available for a donation, as well as plant pot making with a free Strawberry plant to take home

 

GRAFT;  A soil Based Syllabus, A Community growing space  ran by Amgueddfa Cymru National Museum Wales,  The National Waterfront Museum .  Set up 2018 as part of an art work with artist Owen Griffiths.

Opening Hours

Our opening hours are changing for the winter season.

From Monday 4 November until Friday 22 February 2025, we will be open 10am – 4pm every day.

Parking

The National Waterfront Museum does not have a dedicated car park.

However, there are several pay and display car parks situated just a short walk from the Museum. You can find more information on car parking facilities here

Accessibility

  • Our café is open, but providing a limited offer. 
  • The Museum shop will be open during your visit.
  • You are welcome to bring a picnic , while there’s nowhere to eat these within the museum, there are benches around the marina outside which make for a nice spot.
