Event:Gŵyl Tawe
We are excited to host Gŵyl Tawe - Swansea’s Welsh language festival
Swansea’s Welsh language festival, Gŵyl Tawe, will return once again to the National Waterfront Museum on Saturday the 7th of June 2025. The closing act of the festival will be nobody less than Gruff Rhys!
The festival will once again see performances by a whole host of alternative, contemporary artists who use the Welsh language in varied and exciting ways. The live music will be hosted across both the festival’s main open-air stage in the Museum’s GRAFT garden, and the Ocean Room stage in the heart of the museum.
As well as the live music, there will also be interactive theatre shows for families, performances from local schools, and a variety of creative workshop activities delivered from our partners’ stalls in the museum foyer.
