Explosive sugar, suspicious smells, the world’s sourest sweet and plenty more sensory experiences to tickle your tastebuds. Get ready for hands on demonstrations and plenty of tasters as Dr Chris whips, rolls, smashes and blows up his travelling confectionery kitchen.
