JobaKnock Tickets

In the mining industry, a ‘Job-A-Knock’ is a priority task, carried out at a set time.

A Job-A-Knock ticket gives you a timed slot for our unique Underground Tour.

Please note that from 20 July until 31 August 2024, tickets for the Underground Tour MUST be purchased with either a Job-A-Knock timed slot ticket for £8 per person, bookable in advance prior to your visit OR, a £5 ticket available to purchase on the day of your visit which does not guarantee a time slot, are limited in availability and your wait might be a little longer, especially during busy periods.

Outside of this period Job-A-Knock tickets are available to purchase guaranteeing a time slot for the Underground Tour or, you can still access the Underground Tour for free without a Job-A-Knock ticket, but your wait might be a little longer, especially during busy periods.

Entry to the Museum remains free.

Buying JobaKnock Tickets

Groups of 10 or more can book their Job-A_Knock tickets in advance. Individual tickets can be purchased on arrival on the day of your visit, subject to availability.
