Event:Dementia Friendly activity: Gwen John

National Museum Cardiff
Finished

Join us at National Museum Cardiff to experience Gwen John: Strange Beauties - the first major exhibition of Gwen John’s work in over forty years. Following this, there will be a gentle craft activity, taking inspiration from the pieces in the exhibition.

The session involves:

  • A warm welcome in a dedicated space
  • An opportunity to take part in a light craft activity
  • A warm drink and a chat

The session will take place within the museum so there are not any long distances to walk. It lasts approximately 2.5 hours with breaks and refreshments will be provided at the museum café.

Information on accessibility at National Museum Cardiff can be found here.

These opportunities are only open to those living with dementia and those supporting people living with dementia.
