Anthropolegydd ac ymchwilydd hanes llafar a llên gwerin oedd Sara Minwel Tibbott. Fe'i hystyrir yn arloeswraig ym maes astudiaethau menywod yng Nghymru ac yn arbenigwraig mewn astudio bywyd cartref a bwydydd traddodiadol, yn enwedig ryseitiau a choginiaeth Cymru.
Sara Minwel Tibbott was an oral historian, anthropologist, folklorist and researcher of Welsh food. She was a pioneer of women's studies in Wales and an expert on domestic life and traditional food. As Assistant Keeper at the Welsh Folk Museum, she carried out fieldwork across Wales.
