Ramsden, Omar

Ramsden was born in Sheffield and studied at Sheffield Shool of Art. He registered his first mark in 1898 with Alwyn Carr (1872-1940), his friend, partner and collaborator. Their partnership was dissolved in 1919, after which both continued to work independently. Ramsden registered his mark 'OMAR RAMSDEN ME FECIT' shortly after this time.
