Sugar bowl and cover, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a tall, everted foot rim, rounded sides tapering inwards at base, inverted lip, slightly domed cover with spherical finial; decorated in puce enamel, the sides with a landscape with five figures, two central figures on horseback, dentil gilt border to lip, gilt border to foot rim, cover decorated also in puce enamel with a small shrubbery detail, gilding to finial, dentil gilt border to rim.
