Printed cotton dress, with a wide pointed neck. Bodice cut with pointed front into which a very full skirt has been sewn. Trimmed with piping and braid. Belonged to a Miss Price of Dolwen, Anglesey. It was made as part of her wedding trousseau in 1850. The dress is unworn because Miss Price was 'disappointed on her engagement'.
